Following a massive response from our assisted companies, the quality surveys handed over by Clever show positive and very encouraging results.

In these surveys airlines are requested to evaluate the range of services rendered by us ramp agents, starting from the baggage handling going through cargo and mail handling, and finally with the operations on the ramp. The eveluations have been performed in a grip from one to five, being five the maximum score. The global average result for the services rendered is 4.10, being the operations on the ramp service the one standing out with a 4.07score.
